1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the rajibaji website, mobile application, or any associated service, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without modification or qualification.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and account holders of rajibaji. They apply to all activities conducted through the platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, slot play, crash games, esports wagering, bonus participation, deposits, withdrawals, and customer support interactions.

rajibaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material change will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address associated with their account or via an on-site notification. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

If you are accessing rajibaji on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms, and references to "you" in these terms apply equally to that entity.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account and participate in any betting or gaming activity on rajibaji. This is a strict legal requirement and is non-negotiable. rajibaji employs age verification procedures as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed, and all funds — including deposits, winnings, and bonuses — will be forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of rajibaji is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. rajibaji primarily serves the Bangladesh market and its services are directed at players in Bangladesh. You must not use the platform if doing so is prohibited by the laws of your country or jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on rajibaji. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, rajibaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances held within them.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a current email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. rajibaji may request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided at any point during the account lifecycle.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rajibaji will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately.

3. Account Obligations

As a registered account holder on rajibaji, you agree to the following obligations at all times:

• You will use the rajibaji platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to access rajibaji's systems, databases, servers, or networks through any means other than the authorised interface provided.
• You will not use any form of automated software, bots, scraping tools, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access account data, or interact with the platform in any way that is not carried out by a human user.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing live game information in real time, or artificially influencing outcomes in any game category.
• You will not use the rajibaji platform to conduct, facilitate, or assist with any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• You will not attempt to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or other technical anomalies for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting an error are not considered legitimate and will be reversed.
• You will conduct yourself respectfully in all interactions with rajibaji's support team. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward staff is grounds for immediate account closure.

Breach of any account obligation may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities where required by law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rajibaji currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no currency conversion fees applied by rajibaji; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which rajibaji is not responsible.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. The minimum deposit via card or bank transfer is ৳1,000. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via mobile financial services are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days. rajibaji does not accept any liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking institutions.

4.4 Same-Account Withdrawal Policy

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment account (mobile number or bank account) used for the most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent fraud, money laundering, and unauthorised account access. rajibaji reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.

4.5 KYC and Verification

Full identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal is processed for the first time. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, along with proof of the payment method used. KYC submissions are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Players who fail to complete KYC within 30 days of account registration may have their account suspended until verification is completed.

5. Bonus & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by rajibaji are subject to the specific wagering requirements and conditions stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your rajibaji account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the bonus offer. Only real-money wagers contribute to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

rajibaji monitors all accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, opening duplicate accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, and coordinating with other players to abuse referral schemes. Where bonus abuse is detected, rajibaji reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close the account without notice.

5.4 Seasonal and BPL Promotions

rajibaji regularly offers seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), ICC tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other events relevant to Bangladeshi players. These promotions are time-limited and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Participation is subject to the terms of the specific promotion in addition to these general terms.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited. rajibaji will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on rajibaji are accepted subject to the prevailing odds at the time of placement. Pre-match odds are fixed at the time of bet placement. In-play (live) odds fluctuate in real time and are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system. rajibaji reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a result has already been determined at the time of placement but where this information was not yet reflected in the platform's odds.

6.2 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum time required for a result to be declared; the event is postponed and not replayed within 24 hours; an obvious pricing error (palpable error) is identified; or the bet was placed on an event that has already been concluded at the time of placement. rajibaji's decision on whether to void a bet is final.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes on rajibaji — including slots, table games, and live dealer games — are determined by certified random number generators or by the outcome of the physical game as captured by the live dealer studio's equipment. Once a game round has concluded and a result has been recorded by the system, that result is final. Disputes relating to alleged software malfunction must be raised within 7 days of the relevant game session.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

rajibaji applies a maximum single-event payout cap across all betting and gaming categories. Maximum payout limits by category are published in the platform's Help Centre. Any winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout cap will be reduced to the cap amount at rajibaji's discretion. This rule applies to cumulative winnings derived from a single promotional campaign or bonus event.

7. Responsible Gaming

rajibaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders at any time via the Account Settings section of the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further gaming activity is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The account cannot be reactivated before the time-out period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from the platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Set session time reminders that notify you at regular intervals of how long you have been playing and your net session result.

8. Termination & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your rajibaji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled and the remaining balance returned to your designated payment account. Accounts cannot be closed while a withdrawal is pending or while an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements is attached to the account.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by rajibaji

rajibaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Detection of prohibited conduct including use of automated betting software, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Player is found to be under the age of 18.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against rajibaji without prior contact with our support team.

8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed by rajibaji due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling is confirmed, all funds held in the account — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited. rajibaji reserves the right to report relevant information to appropriate authorities in Bangladesh where required by law.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rajibaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or disruption of service. rajibaji's total aggregate liability in any matter arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by applicable law. rajibaji will make all reasonable efforts to resolve disputes directly with the player before any formal legal process is initiated.
